Class Schedule

These classes are open to anyone at any fitness level. Low and high modifications are provided to give everyone a challenging workout. Scroll down for Fit4Two postnatal classes. Contact me with any questions.

SPRING 2020

I am offering 3 virtual classes a week on Zoom while we all remain safe at home. Classes are full-body strength and conditioning workouts and are appropriate for all levels (modifications provided). No equipment needed other than a mat and water bottle. Join me, from anywhere in the world! Contact me for more information or to be added to the list.

Class times:

  • Wednesdays, 9:30 AM PST
  • Fridays, 9:00 AM PST
  • Sundays, 9:30 AM PST. This class is being run as a Bootcamp to Benefit for Backpack Buddies. All money donated to the class is being donated to Backpack Buddies, a local charity that provides bags of food to children and their families in need. The perfect heartwarming way to end your week!

Looking for a private Zoom class for a corporate or friend group? I do that too! Contact me for more details.

WINTER 2020

Mondays, 9:30-10:30 AM | Strength and Conditioning

  • Location: Cooper’s Park in Yaletown, under the Cambie Street Bridge (it’s dry!)
  • Dates: January 13 – March 30 (NO classes February 17, March 9, 16, 23)
  • Cost: $20 drop in or $140 to register for the set of 8 classes (= 1 class for free!)

Wednesdays, 9:30-10:20 AM I Cycle Strength – alternating intervals of cardio on the bike, and strength training on the floor for a total body workout

  • Location: Creekside Community Centre
  • Dates: Set 1 – January 15 – February 26, Set 2 – March 4 – April 29 (NO classes March 18 and 25)
  • Cost: $6.10 drop in or register for the set of 7 classes for $34.72 to guarantee yourself a bike
  • Register: Online

Wednesdays, 12:30-1:15 PM I High Intensity Circuit Class – combining strength, cardio and core work AKA “the lunchtime hustle”

  • Location: Hillcrest Community Centre
  • Dates: Set 1 – January 15 – February 5, Set 2 – February 12 – March 11
  • Cost: $11.43 drop in or register for Set 1 (4 classes) for $36 or Set 2 (5 classes) for $45

Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 AM I SWEAT – a full-body circuit class consisting of 70% cardio and 30% strength

  • Location: Creekside Community Centre
  • Dates: Set 1 – January 16 – February 27, Set 2 – March 5 – April 30
  • Cost: Drop in or register for a set for $70 (7 classes)
  • Register: Online

Saturdays, 8:30-9:30 AM | Strength and Conditioning

  • Location: Clark Park if not raining, undercover at Tyee Elementary if raining (contact me the morning of if iffy)
  • Dates: January 4 – February 29 (NO class February 15)
  • Cost: $20 drop in or register for the set of 8 classes for $140 (= 1 class for free!)
