July 2021

All classes throughout the summer are a recommended $15/class. Drop in, or contact me to purchase a 5 or 10 class pass to come to any class any day of the week! Reach out to discuss lower cost classes should the price be a barrier for you. All welcome!

  • Tuesdays, July 6 and 20 (no class July 13 or 27), 9:30 AM – Cardio/Strength class near Kits Beach
  • Tuesdays, July 6, 13, and 20 (no class July 27), 5:30 PM – Cardio/Strength class at Carnarvon Elementary
  • Wednesdays, July 7, 14, and 21 (no class July 28), 9:45 AM – Cardio/Strength class near Kits Beach
  • Wednesdays, July 7, 14, and 21 (no class July 28), 11:15 AM – Postnatal (parent and baby) Fitness near Kits Beach
  • Wednesdays, July 7, 14 and 21 (no class July 28), 7:00 PM – Cardio/Strength class at UBC
  • Thursdays, July 8, 15, and 22 (no class July 29), 12:15 PM – Cardio/Strength class near Kits Beach
  • Fridays, July 9, 16, 22, and 30, 9:30 AM PST – Weight optional strength/cardio on Zoom (ideally one lighter and one medium/heavier set)
  • Saturdays, July 10, 17, 24, and 31, 9:00 AM – Cardio/Strength class near Clark Park
  • Sundays, Bootcamp to Benefit on Zoom, 9:00 AM PST – By-donation fundraising classes in support of:

Spring 2021
(March 2-June 30)

Looking for a private online or outdoor bootcamp, pre or postnatal, or Pilates class for a corporate or friend group? Contact me for more details.

Class Details – Zoom classes are a recommended $5-15 per class, and you are more than welcome to pay for a set in advance. In-person outdoor classes are offered in a 2-month set at $15/class (or $20 drop in). I am happy to discuss low and no cost classes should you need it at this time. Please don’t let the payment be a barrier to joining this wonderful community!

Classes are appropriate for everyone, at any level. Low and high modifications are provided to give everyone a challenging workout. Want to try a class first? Check out my YouTube page.

FALL/WINTER 2020 -21
(September 14th- February 28)

  • Tuesdays, 9:45 AM PST – Kits Beach by the Show Boat (no equipment needed)
  • Wednesdays, 9:30 AM PST – strength/cardio online on ZOOM (no equipment needed)
  • Wednesdays, 7:30 PM – mat Pilates with a twist online on Zoom (no equipment needed). Note that this class is alternating weeks – Pilates with me and Barre with Danya Rogen
  • Thursdays, 12:30 PST – Kits Beach by the Show Boat (booty band recommended, and can be borrowed if you don’t have one)
  • Fridays, 9:30 AM PST – strength/cardio online on Zoom (weights recommended, ideally one lighter and one medium/heavier set)
  • Saturdays, 9:00 AM PST – Clark Park (no equipment needed)
  • Most Sundays, 9:00 AM PST. This class is being run as a Bootcamp to Benefit. All money donated to the class is going to various charities:
